The assignment concerns the delivery of multifunctional printers including software, maintenance and paper for all six (6) locations of the client. An overview of all services and deliveries to be performed regarding this contract is described in Annex A: schedule of requirements. Collaboration with a new partner for IT sourcing and client will start in the spring of 2020. In order to be able to efficiently run the services relating to the present contract, wishes and specifications regarding cooperation with the new IT partner have been included in this tender. Client has had to use CPV code 72000000-5 since client regards the present assignment as a service. The actual, desirable CPV code is 30232100-5. However, this is a delivery and can therefore not be linked to this tender. No further rights can be derived from the above information.
