Dynamic Procurement System Target

This dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also referred to as “DPS”) targets printing and peripherals with accessories and related services to customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter referred to as Hansel) under the conditions specified in the request for participation.

The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular Annex 1 “DPSN destination and conditions” and Annex 2 “Services and their minimum requirements”.

DPS CLASSES

The dynamic procurement system is divided into two (2) independent categories:

- Grade 1. Printing Equipment and Accessories

- Grade 2. Total deliveries

A candidate may apply to one category or each category with a single application to participate. The candidate shall submit the annexes and explanations required for each category of the candidate's suitability and conformity with the request to participate. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it.

DPS DURATION

Hansel Oy's clients execute procurement among candidates approved for each category of DPS through in-class competition of DPS, which may be scheduled for the entire acquisition phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on December 10, 2021.

The DPS is valid until December 31, 2025, unless previously suspended. Hansel has the right to suspend the DPS or its class in the middle of its validity. Contracts shall be concluded before the end of the DPS. The contract may be valid until 31 December 2029.

Appliances and accessories suitable for a specific application, use or environment, and procurement of devices of the same brand are the subject of the acquisition in Category 1. In addition, the acquisition is subject to supply purchases that target the equipment of a particular manufacturer. Specialist printers and equipment for which customer-specific customization are also subject to the acquisition.

Acquisition in Class 2 include total deliveries and/or multibrand solutions consisting of multiple device types. Total delivery includes several different types of Class 1 equipment and supplies. The Category 2 supplier has an online store through which the Customer can order products and supplies that they compete.
