The assignment includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor per lot for planning and carrying out the legally required technical inspections.

This concerns the periodic inspections as well as commissioning inspections of new installations, preparation of risk analyses, etc.... The duration of this assignment is 5 years, possibly renewable three times by one (1) year each. The assignment is divided into lots. Specifically for lot 2: Brussels Airport Company NV will act as a central purchasing body within the meaning of art. 2.6°, b) and 7°, b) of the Public Procurement Act for the benefit of Distribution Network Management Brussels Airport NV (DNB BA).

Lot 1 includes the inspections of fire detection and firefighting installations (see also ESPD document lot 1)

Lot 2 includes the inspections of electrical installations (see also ESPD document lot 2). Specifically for lot 2: Brussels Airport Company NV will act as a central purchasing body within the meaning of art. 2.6°, b) and 7°, b) of the Public Procurement Act for the benefit of Distribution Network Management Brussels Airport NV (DNB BA).

Lot 3 includes the inspections of lifting and hoisting installations (see also ESPD document lot 3)

Lot 4 includes the inspections of pressure equipment and non-destructive testing (see also ESPD document lot 4)
