The subject of the contract is the successive management of combustible and recycled fractions produced in a mechanical and biological installation at the Waste Management Plant in Wólka Rokicka.

In accordance with Article 91 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders, broken down into 2 parts, as below:

Part 1 of the contract – "Successive management of combustible fractions generated or collected in the ZZO" 19 12 12, 19 12 10, 19 12 04, 19 12 08, 02 01 04.

Part 2 of the order - Successive management of RDF fractions arising in the ZZO" 19 12 10

4.2.1. Part 1 of the contract — "Successive management of combustible fractions generated or harvested in the ZZO"

1) Part includes waste management with codes:

19 12 12 — fraction over sieve after mechanical, optical and air separation, derived from processing fractions 20 03 01, 20 01 99, 20 01 39 and 20 01 01,

19 12 10 — pre-chipped fraction over sieve with the addition of large shredded waste,

19 12 04 — plastics remaining after the sorting process

19 12 08 – Textiles

02 01 04 — waste plastics from agriculture,

2) All the categories of waste indicated above consist of plastics, rubber, plastic elements, paper, textiles, glued boards, wood. The fraction has a variable humidity of 15 to 25%, the energy value varies in the range of 12-15 Mj/Kg.

3) The Contracting Authority will dispose of waste under the codes indicated above according to its needs.

4) Waste may contain metal elements remaining after dismantling bulky waste.

5) Waste deposited in bulk or in beams. Waste is generated on the municipal installation. Waste Management Plant Wólce Rokicka, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. Waste will be transferred in bulk or in beams.

6) Loading of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00. The Ordering Party requires prior notification of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the ZZO regulations in the field of health and safety regulations, fire protection and the order of waste collection and loading. The Ordering Party requires a minimum of 6 (fraction collected in bulk) / 2 (fraction collected in beams) collection of waste per day during the period of service performance.

7) Loading of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00. The Ordering Party requires prior notification of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the ZZO regulations in the field of health and safety regulations, fire protection and the order of waste collection and loading.

8) The contract covers only waste management. Transport on the side of the Ordering Party.

1) management of riversed derived fuel produced at the Waste Management Plant installation. Waste will be dispensed under code 19 12 10.

2) All categories of waste indicated above consist of plastic, rubber, plastic elements, paper, textiles, glued boards, wood. The fraction has variable humidity up to 20%, the energy value varies in the range of 20-24 Mj/Kg. The Contracting Authority will dispose of waste under the codes indicated above according to its needs.

3) Waste stored in bulk. Waste is formed on a municipal installation. Wólce Rokicka Waste Management Plant, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. Waste transferred will be in bulk.

4) Loading of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00. The Ordering Party requires prior notification of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the ZZO regulations in the field of health and safety regulations, fire protection and the order of waste collection and loading. The ordering party requires a minimum of 1 waste collection per day during the period of service.

5) Loading of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00. The Ordering Party requires prior notification of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the ZZO regulations in the field of health and safety regulations, fire protection and the order of waste collection and loading.

(6) The contract covers only waste management. Transport on the side of the Ordering Party.
