The Protestant Parish of Weinheim is planning to build a parish house with a parish office and a children's day facility on the property at Markusturm, Hainbuchenweg/Birkenweg in 69469 Weinheim.

There are existing buildings on the site for the new municipal building with parish office and day care center, which will be completely dismantled before the start of structural work by the demolition trade. The new building will be built as a one- to two-story timber construction on a reinforced concrete floor slab with foundation beams on full-displacement piles.
