a) The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of administrative and office supplies and office equipment for the needs of 15 WOG in Szczecin and the units and institutions on its supply.
(b) The subject of the contract is set out in detail in Annex 9 (for parts 1, 2, of the order) to SWZ — i.e. the description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject of the order should also be made based on the price form (annex 2, 2a, to SWZ separate for each part of the order).
The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above Annexes.
A detailed description of the terms of the contract shall also include the proposed provisions of the future contract.
