Paragraph 1. This contract is for insurance services, which fall under CPV codes 66510000-8 up to and including 66720000-3.
Paragraph 2. Its purpose is to award the following insurance components:
- section 1: “Material damage” insurance:
1) “Fire and related perils” insurance,
2) insurance "All electronic risks, computer equipment, audio, radars",
3) “All risks camera” insurance,
4) “All risks drone” insurance,
5) “All risks bicycle” insurance,
- part 2: civil liability insurance:
1) “general liability and legal protection” insurance,
2) "objective fire / explosion liability" insurance,
- component 3: “Accident” insurance:
1) accidents at work and complement-law,
2) “Personal injury to police dogs” insurance,
- component 4: vehicle fleet insurance.
Paragraph 3. The market is a global market not comprising a lot; it will be awarded to a single insurer who will have awarded prizes for all the components.
