The purpose of this consultation is the supply and repair of dental prostheses for the CPAM artois dental health center located in Arras (France). This contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from 1.4.2019. It is tacitly extended for a period of 1 year for a total duration of the contract not exceeding 4 years. However, the contract may be terminated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt by giving notice of 3 months before each anniversary date of notification of the contract.
