1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of lighting public spaces of Municipalities and for the needs of the facilities of the Municipalities. The list of energy consumption points in both parts is indicated in Annex 2a and 2b to the SWZ for a period of 12 months starting from 01.01.2024.
2. The Contracting Authority shall divide the order into two parts.
Part 1 – supply of electricity for the needs of lighting the public space of the Kłomnice Commune. The list of energy consumption points included in this part can be found in Annex 2a to the SWZ
Part 2 – supply of electricity for the needs of the facilities of the Commune and its organizational units. The list of energy consumption points included in this part can be found in Annex 2b to the SWZ
