The Ordering Party does not provide:

1. awarding contracts referred to in Article 305(1) in conjunction with Article 415(2)(6) of the Public Procurement Law;

2. conclusion of a framework agreement;

3. settlements in foreign currencies;

4. electronic auction;

5. reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure;

6. submit an offer in the form of electronic catalogues;

7. possibility of granting advances,

8. submission of variant bids,

9. site visit,

10. award of an optional contract (option right) referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law.

The description of the subject matter of the contract is described in detail in the Draft Agreement and the Operational and Technical Requirements (WET), which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Contractors invited to submit tenders who meet the conditions set out in the announcement.
