The subject of the contract is: 1) in the scope of package No. 1-28, 30-31, 33-58, 62 – supply of surgical gloves, diagnostic gloves, suturing materials, traditional and specialist dressings, puncture protection, adhesives, primers for patients, gypsum and gypsum primers, pregnancy tests and drug detection, a set for the treatment of urinary reflux, modified milk, milk replacer diets and other auxiliary medical devices for SPSZOZ "Zdroje";
2) in the scope of package No. 29, 32, 63 – supply of leather substitute, matrices for dermis regeneration and cell matrices under the deposit agreement;
3) in the scope of package No. 59 and 60 – conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicinal products for the operation of drug programs;
4) in the scope of package No. 61 - conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of a medicinal product. The subject of the contract is divided into 63 parts called packages. The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted.
