The procurement procedure used is: the open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The services are divided into four lot (s). Each lot will be subject to a framework agreement. Applicants have the possibility to submit tenders for all lots. The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the successful tenderer of the framework agreement. Candidates are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings or as members of several groupings. No variant is allowed.
