The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements in order to cover the contacting authority’s need consultancy services within geo assistance. The contracting authority needs assistance with geotechnical advice and engineering design services, independent inspections (pbl) of engineering design services, and independent quality assurance of avalanche and landslide safety reviews.
Geo assistance means advice and engineering design services in the following disciplines:
— geotechnics,
— engineer geology — mountain.
The framework agreement will also include general geo assistance. This includes, amongst other things, professional discussions and advice, which is not necessarily reported.
The contracting authority will, as a starting point, make separate procurements of ground surveys, but in cases where progress and capacity is critical, ground surveys and laboratory services can also be procured under this framework agreement.
