Kits for obtaining low-leukocytic blood components

The subject of the order is the supply of kits for receiving low-leukocyte blood components.

The awarding entity divided the subject of the order into two lots, hereinafter referred to as packages.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 2 and / or 2A to the ToR.

Package I: the subject of the order is the delivery of kits for semi-automatic production of platelet concentrate dripped from leukocyte-platelet buffs, suspended in a PAS-E solution in the amount of 20,000 pieces.

Package II: the subject of the order is the supply of laboratory filters for the removal of leukocytes from the KKCz unit in an amount of 2,500 pieces.
