The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of an electricity storage system with a nominal capacity of not less than 1 MW and a capacity of not less than 2 MWh.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1.1. Designing an energy storage project with a nominal capacity of not less than 1 MW and a capacity of not less than 2 MWh subject to approval in the scope of cooperation with the network by the Employer, together with obtaining the necessary administrative approvals,

1.2. supply of energy storage with a nominal capacity of not less than 1 MW and a capacity of not less than 2 MWh together with the warehouse control and supervision system,

1.3. carrying out all the work necessary to launch the energy storage, including connecting to a 15 kV field, starting communication with the controller and carrying out the necessary tests,

1.4. preparation and delivery of as-built documentation,

1.5. Providing a warranty on the energy storage together with the control and supervision system for a period of 5 years.
