The listed ward building "Haus Monika" at the site of the St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin Mitte is being extensively rebuilt and renovated in several sections. The work will be carried out on all floors (basement to 4th floor) of the existing building on an area of 6,600 m² GFA.

Scaffolding work consisting of, among others, the following services (excerpt from the course):

- approx. 3,000 m² Fassadengerüst

- 1 pc platform scaffolding for material transport, construction access and construction hoist

- 1 pc elevator tower for material handling, construction elevator

- 2 St. Bauaufzüge

- approx. 450 m² Gerüstplanen

- approx. 1,100 m² Gerüstnetzen

- 4 platform stairs for scaffolding

- approx. 500 m² scaffolding protection, against unauthorized entry, on scaffolding

- approx. 22 m inner scaffolding in the elevator shaft
