The Contracting Authority invites tenderers to a competition for a Framework Agreement for electricity.

The contract will include all facilities owned by the municipalities. In addition, special municipal owned institutions, companies and other units that are mainly financed by the Contracting Authority are included.

Steinkjer municipality has a coordinating role for this procurement.

The Contracting Authority is publishing a joint tender notice and has prepared joint tender documentation.

The Contracting Authority is the municipalities: Meråker, Stjørdal, Tydal, Selbu, Frosta, Malvik, Levanger, Verdal, Inderøy, Snåsa, Steinkjer, Verran, Steinkjerbygg, Church councils and municipal companies, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the assignment.

The tender shall compose of a mark-up for a spot price agreement. The mark-up must include all costs and fees.
