Tandridge District Council (The Council) is contracting for the construction of affordable rented accommodation comprising 8 Nr Houses (in two Blocks) and 13 Nr flats (in one block) together with associated external works and demolition of existing properties at Uplands, Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9DP. We invite expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified building contractors. This is a two stage Restricted process with a value above the OJEU threshold for Works.
