The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of soda lye to the leachate pre-treatment plant, for a period of 6 months from the date of signing in the amount of 87.6 Mg (57.63 m3) but not less than 60 Mg (39.47 m3) (minimum benefit).
The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of soda lye to the leachate pre-treatment installation, for a period of 6 months from the date of signing the contract on the terms described below:
(a) Soda lye 50 % technical solution with the following parameters:
• sodium hydroxide 49%-51% (according to ISO 979)
• Sodium chloride %(m/m), less than 0.05%
• Sodium chlorate content %(m/m), less than 0.005%
• Sodium carbonate content %(m/m), less than 0.2%
• Iron content mg/kg, less than 5 mg/kg
• The temperature during delivery must be greater than 15°C, but not more than 35°C.
b) Total amount of soda lye solution 87.6 Mg (57.63 m3), but not less than 60 Mg (39.47 m3) (minimum benefit)
c) Delivery time – 2 working days to the ZP 80 tank.
d) Frequency of deliveries at least once every 5 weeks; in case of breakdown or downtime
in the operation of the pre-treatment plant, the time between individual deliveries may be extended,
about which the contractor will be informed no longer than 72 hours after the failure occurs.
e) Deliveries of soda lye will take place in the ZP 80 tank – the unit delivery will be at least 4 m3 (6080 kg). Maximum quantity 8 m3 (12160 kg). It will be possible to reload the tank by means of a tanker in accordance with the tank documentation.
The loading point is equipped with a Camlock B3 connector - 3 inches and is located at a height of 2.80 m from the ground. It is allowed to load the ZP 80 tank from IBC tanks.
f) Delivery will take place in accordance with health and safety regulations and the safety data sheet of the hazardous substance, as well as the documentation of the tank.
g) Reloading will take place from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday), in accordance with the safety data sheet, health and safety, ADR and the Ordering Party's workplace instruction.
h) For each unit delivery, the Contractor (Supplier) shall attach a document of release of soda lye,
(i) The soda lye release document shall contain, in particular, the following information:
1. the date of issue of the document,
2. the name of the soda lye manufacturer,
3. place of reception of soda lye,
4. date and time of reception of soda lye,
5. the quantity of soda lye delivered, expressed in kg,
6. registration number of the vehicle supplying the soda lye,
7. signature of the transmitting and receiving person.
j) The maximum handling time of soda lye is 3 hours,
k) The price that the Ordering Party shall pay to the Contractor for each unit delivery shall be determined as the product of the quantity of soda lye delivered (kg) specified on the soda lye release document and the net unit rate per 1 kg of soda lye specified by the Contractor in the offer form. VAT will be added to the price calculated in this way at the rate resulting from generally applicable law on the day of issuing the invoice. This price is fixed throughout the duration of the contract.
l) Place of delivery: Eko Dolina Sp. z o. o., Łężyce Al. Parku Krajobrazowego 99, 84-207 Koleczkowo.
m) Transport shall be provided by the Contractor.
n) Unloading and transfusion of soda lye into the tanks of the Ordering Party shall be provided by the Contractor.
Attention:
At the time of execution of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with health and safety regulations and regulations applicable at the place of fulfilment of the provision, among others, requirements related to the PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, which are available in the office of the Contracting Authority on the territory of his bet.
The awarding entity does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure.
