This consultation is a "composite" framework agreement concluded with only one economic operator per lot, comprising a part treated in the form of an ordinary flat-rate contract, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The "ordinary contract" part of the flat-rate type concerns manpower and travel for preventive and conditional maintenance interventions, access to the service provider's on-call service, all supplies and consumables. The "framework agreement with purchase orders" part corresponds to a framework agreement with maximum, which sets the conditions for the performance of the services and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued. The purchase order part concerns the following services:- supply of spare parts and replacement of set or sub-assembly of equipment,- relocation of curative maintenance- curative maintenance manpower

for the Ch de Chartres, the framework agreement will start on 01/11/2023 or date of notification if later is a period of 4 firm years

for the Ch de Dreux, the framework agreement will start on 01/01/2024, i.e. a duration of 3 years and 10 months

for Bonneval Hospital, the framework agreement will start on 14/02/24, i.e. a period of 3 years and 7.5 months

for the Ch de Nogent le Rotrou, the framework agreement will start on 01/01/2024, i.e. a period of 3 years and 10 months

for the Ch de La Loupe, the framework agreement will start on 01/01/2024, i.e. a duration of 3 years and 10 months
