1. The subject of the contract is digitization, verification, improvement of the cadastral map quality and modernization of the EGiB database for the Laskowa Commune, as part of the project: "e-Services in spatial information of the Limanowa Poviat" co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Program of the Małopolska Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 Digital Małopolska, Measure 2.1. E-administration and open resources, Sub-measure 2.1.4 E-services in spatial information, from the European Regional Development Fund.

2. The order was divided into 3 partial tasks.

1. The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Execution of geodetic and cartographic work including verification and improvement of the quality of the EGiB database for compliance with the conceptual model by modernization of EGiB Lasków district in the Laskowa cadastral entity, in the scope of data regarding:

a) land, including:

- cadastral boundaries,

- boundaries of registration plots,

- land use boundaries, including their current status and designations,

b) buildings,

c) objects permanently connected with buildings,

d) premises,

e) execution of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending at the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Poviat Starosty in Limanowa from the Laskowa area,

f) owners of real estate and entities in the possession or management of land owned by the State Treasury or local government units, as well as entities that, on the basis of autonomous ownership, own land for which, due to the absence of land and mortgage register, a set of documents or other documents, can not be determine their owners;

2) Preparation and presentation of the descriptive and cartographic report for interested parties, participation in consideration of objections raised to this report during its presentation and execution of surveying works necessary to introduce changes to the design of the descriptive cartography resulting from the reservations;

3) Performing geodetic works, necessary for the conversion and updating of EGiB data;

4) Introduction to the teleinformation system of the staroste created by the contractor of EGiB data sets.

2. The detailed scope and technical requirements for the execution of works are set out in the model contract for the partial task No. 1 and the description of the subject of the contract for the partial task No. 1 together with the attachments constituting an attachment to the ToR.

3. The ordering party requires a minimum period of guarantee for services rendered in the amount of 24 months, counted from the day of a faultless final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The warranty period over the minimum period is the criterion for the evaluation of offers on the terms specified in clause 18.2 of the ToR.

4. Period of warranty: 24 months in accordance with art. 568 § 1 of the Civil Code of 23.4.1964 (ie Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025, as amended).

a) land, including:

- cadastral boundaries,

- boundaries of registration plots,

- land use boundaries, including their current status and designations,

b) buildings,

c) objects permanently connected with buildings,

d) premises,

e) execution of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending in the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastres of the Poviat Starosty in Limanowa from the areas of Kamionka Mała, Krosno, Sechna, Strzeszyce,

f) owners of real estate and entities in the possession or management of land owned by the State Treasury or local government units, as well as entities that, on the basis of autonomous ownership, own land for which, due to the absence of land and mortgage register, a set of documents or other documents, can not be determine their owners;

d) premises,

e) execution of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending at the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastres of the Poviat Starosty in Limanowa from the areas of Jaworzno, Kobyłka, Ujanowice, Zmia,
