it is a framework agreement concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, and will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. - the loading of the sludge at the Doubs Wastewater Treatment Plant;- the transport of the sludge, in accordance with the regulations in force, from the Steu de Doubs to the plots to be spread;- the spreading of the sludge in compliance with the standards set by the prefectural decrees 01/dcle/4b/no790, 01/dcle/4b/no791, 2014/ddt/no2014190-0002, 25-2016-01-25-031 and the receipt of the submission of the declaration file of the agronomic monitoring and all the existing regulations in this area;- the agronomic monitoring in compliance with the prefectural orders and the aforementioned receipt;- the establishment of the provisional spreading program and all constraints related to the regulations on spreading

- the loading of the sludge at the Doubs Wastewater Treatment plant,- the transport of the sludge, in accordance with the regulations in force, from the Steu de Doubs to the composting platform chosen by the holder,- the composting and agricultural recovery of the Steu sludge in compliance with the standards set out in the composting site's own spreading plan,- the provision of sludge management certificates
