The cleaning of schools and the administration office of Atlant Primary Education, according to the established work program, whereby flexibility is offered in the services at the different locations. The aim is to achieve a high-quality cleaning service, whereby there is a good relationship between Atlant Primary Education and the supplier.

The scope of the assignment can be defined by the surfaces of the locations to be cleaned. As stated in section 2.2, there is cleaning of fifteen locations. In total it is 18,384.35 square meters. In addition to the regular daily and periodic cleaning activities, annual floor maintenance, window cleaning twice a year and on-call (specialist) cleaning services must be performed.

Tenderers must take into account a maximum budget for regular cleaning plus summer cleaning of EUR 215 000 per year excluding VAT and for window cleaning EUR 3 700 per year excluding VAT. If the comparison price from the tenderer's price sheet exceeds this amount, the tenderer is excluded from evaluation and award for this contract.

Window cleaning and floor maintenance are part of the assignment. The glass surfaces at the locations are not yet known. These are measured by the Contractor to be contracted upon implementation and handed over to the Client. After measuring, a sample check is done. In the event of a 5% deviation or more, everything is measured again at the expense of the Contractor at an external party. In the event of changes during the term of the agreement, the Contractor will share this information with the Client.
