Description:
Supply of computer equipment and accessories for grants to the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics of UW

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment and accessories, hereinafter referred to as “equipment”, for grants to the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics of the UW. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Tender Form in Annex 1 to SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted and each part specified in the SWZ should be treated as a separate subject of the contract (separate order). Any provisions of the SWZ regarding the offer shall be understood as a partial offer.

3. The equipment must be factory new and must come from the official distribution channel to the Polish market. All components of supplied equipment must be factory new (unused).

The subject of the order is a laptop, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 1).

Part # X Tablet

The subject of the order is tablets (3 pcs), the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 10).

Part No XI tablet

The subject of the order is a tablet, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 11).

Part No XII tablet

The subject of the order is tablets (2 pcs), the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 12).

Part No XIII Reader

The subject of the order is a reader whose description is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 13).

Part No. II laptop

The subject of the order is a laptop, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 2).

Part No. III laptop

The subject of the order is a laptop, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 3).

Part No IV monitor

The object of the order is a monitor, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 4).

Part No V MFP

The object of the order is a multifunctional device, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 5).

Part No VI MFP

The object of the order is a multifunctional device, the description of which is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 6).

Part No VII MFP
