The National Digital Learning Arena invites tenderers to participate in the procurement of a new framework agreement for the production of educational films.

The contest concerns the production of two types of educational films.

1. Theme-based educational films

2. Instructional films

The tenderer(s) must be able to produce both types of educational films.

For the assignment, a framework agreement will be entered into with 3 tenderers as long as there is a sufficient number of suitable tenders.
