The scope of the service includes the establishment and care of greenery and mowing grass on the terms set out in the essential terms of the contract, in accordance with the scope of work and the conditions for the performance of the contract and the technology of work performed by the contractor constituting Annexes 2 and 3 to the essential terms of the contract.

The territorial boundaries of the units are presented in Annex 4 to the essential terms of the contract.

Time for performing one mowing cycle is 21 days.

Based on Article. 29 paragraph 3a The Employer requires that at least 12 people performing activities in the field of the contract were employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor full or part-time under a contract of employment in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108, as amended), i.e. in particular 12 persons providing services of establishing and maintaining greenery.

In the case of submitting an offer for more than one part of the contract, in order to meet the condition regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the contract under the employment contract, the Contractor may show the same persons for different parts of the contract.
