The subject of the Order is:
“Construction of the district heating connection to the building at Leśne/Dwernicki Street in Bydgoszcz by application of the provisions of Article 29a of the Construction Law — rump. 94, stage M3”, implemented under POIIA, action 1.6 Promoting the use of high efficiency cogeneration of heat and electricity in Based on the demand for useful heat, suboperation 1.6.2 Heating and refrigeration networks for sources of high efficiency cogeneration. Project “Construction of a district heating network in the territory of Bydgoszcz, enabling the use of thermal energy generated under conditions of high efficiency cogeneration”.
The scope of the contract includes:
The construction of the district heating link to the building at Leśnej/Dwernicki Street on plot no 127/9 and 128/3, and the execution of all necessary works and arrangements related to the implementation (including felling, replacement plantings), also applies to paid and unpaid occupations of the land.
The scope of the contract includes:
- obtaining a copy of the current master map or unit map adopted for the state geodetic and cartographic resource and drawing up a situational plan with the course of the designed connection route, with the necessary calculations, approved and signed by the designer with appropriate permissions,
- obtaining the required arrangements with network managers, if required,
- construction of the connection in accordance with the route designed and approved by the designer and then approved by the Employer,
- geodetic inventory carried out by the relevant geodetic services and placing the completed connection on the MPGiK main map,
- construction of the connection completed in the node room with the first shut-off valves together with a mains clip and a pressure gauge. Provision should be made for installing an orifice on the network clip (min.2 mm hole) and blanking flanges downstream of the first shut-off valves
The area should be restored to its original state.
Work will be carried out on plots 128/1 and 128/3 within 171 Bydgoszcz.
Comments:
1. If there are trademarks or proper names in the tender documentation, they should be considered as evidence of the quality of materials / devices and are only auxiliary in determining the basic parameters and characteristics of the materials / devices used. In this case, the Employer informs that it allows submitting bids whose individual materials / devices listed in the tender documentation may be replaced by equivalent materials / devices. The Employer will recognize as equivalent products those that have no worse technical parameters than those that indicate their own names, and their use will in no way affect the proper functioning of technical solutions provided for in the tender documentation.
2. Examination of welds should be carried out using the non-destructive method (100% of welds), minimum ultrasonic, unless the design provides for a method with a higher accuracy (eg radiographic).
3. The Contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer:
• the execution of sealed chain passages at the site of the entrance of pipelines to the building/chambers (through the outer wall), the laying of concrete relieving slabs above the connector piping in places located under paved surfaces (designed and existing: parking lots, roads, walkways) when the covering of pipelines is less than 70 cm, even if this is not provided for in the design documentation.
4. The Employer asks for submitting a cost estimate with the offer, which will be of an informative and auxiliary nature. Failure to submit the cost estimate is not a basis for rejecting the offer.
IV/2. The item of the order shall be performed in accordance with:
2.1 Situation plan with designed route route of the connection approved and signed by the designer with appropriate permissions
2.2 Principles of technical knowledge, currently in force Construction Law, together with implementing acts thereto and bhp regulations,
2.3 Tips of the Ordering Party not contradicting the records, p. 2.2.

IV.3. The execution of the object of the order includes, in particular:
3.1. The execution of the heat connection indicated in point IV/1 in accordance with the documents indicated in point IV/2, together with accompanying robots and robots resulting during the execution of the order not foreseen in the documentation and necessary for its execution, taking into account the costs associated with the execution of the object of the contract referred to in point IV.6.
3.2. Securing all materials necessary for the timely completion of the contract.
