The subject of the description is the waterproofing work for the roof construction of the existing halls TS-Jahn and for the hall extension of the small existing hall, as well as the flat roof in the existing building of the east span (attic and construction over ribbed ceiling).

Situation of the construction site

The property is located at Weltenburgerstrasse 53, in Munich Bogenhausen, or at Revaler Straße.

Access and departure is planned from Revaler Straße.

Revaler Straße has a one-way street regulation, which, however, as has already been assured by the city, can be lifted for the construction phase.

Construction

First, the roof of the "Small Existing Hall" will be worked on (construction phase BA 2.1), then the roof of the "Large Existing Hall" will be worked on (BA 2.2).

As long as BA 2.1 is running, the other hall will be in use and vice versa.

The interfaces must always be closely coordinated with the construction management so that sports operations are disturbed as little as possible.

The two construction phases are separated in time and will be worked on one after the other.

This is taken into account when specifying the appointment phases (Form 214.H).

It is essentially a warm foil roof on an on-site trapezoidal sheet metal construction and the plumbing work of the associated attics or two small concrete roofs, which are also to be equipped with a warm foil roof.
