Framework agreement dedicated to interventions on the building envelope, aimed at identifying, on different territorial lots, ESCos that carry out interventions of thermal insulation of roofs, of opaque vertical walls, of floors and floors towards ground or unheated rooms and operations to replace doors and windows .

The purpose of the assignment is to achieve a reduction in energy consumption per building of at least 15%, compared to current energy consumption, with investments made by the awarded EsCo that can only be repaid through savings (EPC contracts), in compliance with the requirements minimum technical requirements imposed by the thermal energy 2.0 account.

The framework agreement is addressed to the CEV Consortium Bodies.
