The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority of Service A, consisting in the transport of Shipments (including Postal Shipments), including Shipments of which will constitute dangerous goods within the meaning of Article 2 (4) of the Act on 19 August 2011 on Carriage hazardous materials under which the Contractor is obliged to accept consignments for carriage at the place and time limit set out in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, as set out in Annex 1 to the draft contract, and issue the consignments accepted for carriage at the place specified therein appendix.

(b) where the place of acceptance of consignments for carriage is not the organizational unit of the Contracting Authority - the loading of the Consignments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle at the place of acceptance of the consignments for carriage,

(c) where the place of release of the Shipments is not the organizational unit of the Ordering Party - the discharge of the Shipments from the vehicle at the place of release of the Shipments.

The maximum amounts of services that can be commissioned to the Contractor by the Employer as part of the contract:

— maximum number of kilometers with the right option (100%) - 62 992,

— the amount of kilometers (80%) - 50 394,

— the number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20%) -12 598.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the award within 2 years from the date of award of this contract, the contract referred to in Article 388 (2), point (c) of the PZP. The scope of the above orders will consist of repetition of services from the basic order and will cover the following quantities of kilometres:

— maximum number of kilometers with the right option (100%) - 62 496,

— the amount of kilometers (80%) - 49 997,

— the number of kilometres covered by the right of the option (20%) -12 499.

The contract referred to in point 3 shall be awarded for a period of 12 months.

4.In the event that during the term of the contract the value of the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration, the Parties may, in accordance with a one-time extension of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not more than the point where the remuneration for services made by the Contractor will reach the maximum salary. The extension of the term in accordance with the previous agreement requires written form under the rigor of annulment.

The contract referred to in point 3 shall be awarded for a period of 12 months.
