1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of office supplies in 2023 for the District Education Finance Office Ursynów m.st. Warsaw and educational institutions in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw.
2. The item of the order is divided into three parts:
1. Part I – supply of office supplies;
2) Part II – supply of creative articles;
3) part III – delivery of plates.
3. Detailed description of the item of the order:
1) for part I is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2a to the SWZ;
2) for part II is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2b to the SWZ;
3) for part III is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2c to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and Outlets are admitted to trading on the territory of the Republic of Poland and comply with
with applicable quality standards and legal regulations.
Supply of office suppliesA detailed description of the subject of the contract for part I is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2a to the SWZ.
Delivery of creative articlesA detailed description of the subject of the contract for part II is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2b to the SWZ.
Delivery of platesA detailed description of the subject of the contract for part III is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2c to the SWZ.
