The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, harvesting and logging of timber maintenance of tourist facilities, to be carried out in the Baligród Forest District in the year 2022.

The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - “PZP”) and the implementing acts of the PZP.
