This consultation focuses on the supply of spare parts and tyres for the automotive industry. This applies only to Lot 2 — supply of tyres, as Lot 1 has already been awarded in a previous contract. Lot 2 was declared unfolded in a previous consultation that focused entirely on retreaded tires. In accordance with article L. 2172-6 of the CP code this new consultation concerns only non-retreaded tires in basic supply (tyres (of all existing sizes). Two optional PES:

— PES No. 1: light vehicle tyres;

— PES No. 2: tyres for commercial vehicles.

These are optional. The candidate has the option of not making a proposal for them or to propose to perform only one or more PES or perform all PES. They will not be taken into account in the analysis of offers. Technical specifications for PES have been detailed in Article 4.4 of the CCP.
