Could be topics such as (non-exhaustive list of ideas): Specific geographical market, Cultural understanding matched with profile analysis, Presentation technique, Pitch training, Export strategy / Go to Market, Export strategy presentation / Go to Market plan / focus areas for expert panel, Financing, Sales channel strategy. The companies are involved in their own case or theme. Visiting for other activities. Reference is also made to Performance description GLOBALmidt for the description of Workshops (Framework Agreement / Part 1a).

Competence course for SMEs with special potential (Dalgas) (Framework agreement / part payment 1b)

Competence courses for SMEs with special potential (Dalgas) are intensive courses based on the huge unrealized export potentials that exist for small and medium-sized companies in the Central Jutland region. But grasping the potential and turning it into concrete business requires a very sustained and well-organized effort, including clarifying and influencing employees' mindsets. Often, they have achieved their exports without a proper export strategy or targeted market penetration, but the company's global growth potential can be significantly increased both quickly and efficiently through a more structured, focused and strategic approach to export and internationalization. It is among other things some of the conditions that the course must take into account and seek to work on. It is also the goal that the course will be a demonstration project for other companies in the Central Jutland region, showing the way to work structured and targeted with exports and internationalization - and thus achieve rapid and efficient export success globally. The target group is companies that already have international experience in the form of exports, etc. and where it is assessed that the company has a special potential for global expansion. Reference is also made to Performance description GLOBALmidt for the description of Competence course for SMEs with special potential (Dalgas) (Framework agreement / part 1b).

Competence course with built-in market visit (Framework agreement / part payment 1c)

Competence courses with built-in market visits are courses in which companies must share common challenges and opportunities to ensure a strategic approach to the greatest possible effect. The idea is that a market visit does not stand alone, but that there is a seminar both before and after a market visit. The idea is that these activities follow a defined structure to achieve the best possible effect and learning from each Competence course with built-in market visits. By conducting the activity in this way, anchoring is ensured in the companies, but at the same time we ensure that the participating companies work with the market visit afterwards and decide on the next step for the efforts in the relevant market. The structure must ensure that the participating companies get as close as possible to the turnover and at the same time be able to respond focused on the opportunities.

Expected markets are: a) Germany, b) UK, c) USA, d) Poland, e) East / South Africa, f) China, g) China with specific industry focus (beverages, food, agriculture, green energy and environment (including water)). Reference is also made to Performance description GLOBALmidt for the description of Competence course with built-in market visit (Framework agreement / part 1c).
