Currently, 550 tonnes of coarse salt are present in the strategic salt shed at Grobbendonk. This salt must be sieved and the chunks are broken or disposed of. The salt shed must then be completely filled. About 4050 tonnes of coarse salt will have to be supplied. The tenderer is responsible for sieving and re-stocking the salt present, supplying additional coarse salt and stocking this salt at Grobbendonk.
