The large district town of Bad Mergentheim is planning on the site of Kopernikusstraße 8, DE 97980 Bad Mergentheim, Flur-Nr. 9, parcel 3764, the new construction of a 3.5-speed primary school with a full-day area.

The new building will be built next to the residential area Auenland on the outskirts of Bad Mergentheim.

The planned new building has three full storeys in the area of the primary school. The single-storey canteen with rooms for the whole day forms a contiguous ground floor with the main building of the primary school.

The building is planned in essential parts as a wooden construction and is to be built in wood-concrete hybrid construction. Concrete is used where this makes sense for static, building-physical fire protection reasons.

The procurement measure includes:

880 m² plasterboard assembly walls, D=125 mm

780 m² plasterboard assembly walls, D=215 mm

755 m² plasterboard facing walls

95 m² plasterboard installation walls

380 m² suspended plasterboard ceilings

705 m² suspended plasterboard perforated ceilings

240 m² suspended exterior ceilings with cementitious panels
