The contract includes architectural services via the step-by-step commissioning of service phases 1-9 of the scope of services for object planning, buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 para. 1 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Anl. 10 No. 10.1 for fire protection refurbishment of the BG Klinikum at the Ludwigshafen site in 5 sub-measures

The contract includes architectural services for service phases 1-9 of the scope of services for object planning, buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 para. 1 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Anl. 10 No. 10.1 for fire protection refurbishment of the BG Klinikum at the Ludwigshafen site.

The overall project consists of the 5 sub-measures defined in the task description. The Contractor is initially commissioned with the services of sub-measure 1. The Client also intends to commission the Contractor with the services for sub-measures 2-5.

(5) The contract initially includes the services of service phases 1 to 4 (level I) in accordance with the detailed performance profile (Appendix 2). The Client also intends to commission the Contractor with the services of service phases 5 to 8 (Level II) and Service Phase 9 (Level III).
