The Agency for Nursing Homes currently has Several projects under way for the rehabilitation of existing nursing home buildings and erection of new construction for nursing home operations. When the buildings are ready for occupation, the operation of the selected nursing home shall be moved from the original building to a rehabilitated building/new construction.
There will be a need for framework agreements with minimum 3 moving agencies that can execute the transposition of necessary fixtures and equipment. Call-offs on the framework agreements will including packing and unpacking of fixtures and equipment, transport of fixtures and equipment, as well as the necessary dismantling and reassembling of various equipment. For any dismantling and reassembling of equipment related to water/sewage there are requirements for formal competence to execute this, and the tenderer shall obtain the necessary help for this when they are unable to carry out the work themselves.
