Public service contract for the maintenance of high voltage booths in establishments of the Ministry of the French Community located in the province of Hainaut in accordance with the conditions of this contract.

The services relating to an establishment / building may be terminated by notice of termination by registered letter sent 3 (three) months before the end of the services in the said establishment, when it is abandoned or when its management is entrusted to a third party, whose staff are not employed by the French Community / WBE.

The conclusion of the contract on the basis of these specifications does not give the service provider any monopoly. The administration may, even during the period of validity of the contract, have services identical or similar to those described in these specifications performed by other service providers or by its own services. The service provider cannot therefore assert any right to compensation.
