The contract is for the provision of an annual schedule of service and inspection of all straight and curved stairlifts, vertical lifts, step lifts (internal and external) and overhead track hoists installed in domestic properties in Tameside and Oldham that no longer fall within a manufacturer's warranty. This includes provision of minor repairs where necessary, arising out of annual service and inspection. The cost of minor repairs will be up to and including 350 GBP. Repairs arising from scheduled inspection and service costing more than £350 are to be included as part of the emergency call out service.
