Janitorial serviceLot 1: janitorial service:
- Moving activities and transport within the university (transport of furniture, files, etc.);
- Regular inspections of the campus in order to determine damage or other abnormalities, subsequent logging for Department IV or self-responsible processing;
- minor repairs, e.g. B. Changing lamps. Repair of office, seminar room and auditorium furniture, of roller blinds and blinds, small repairs to sanitary installations, cylinder replacement and maintenance;
- Every day, before the start of the course, all seminar rooms and lecture halls are to be checked for order, safety and cleanliness and proper seating and to be stocked with consumables
- support of technicians, if necessary;
- Acceptance of deliveries, control and issuing of consumables;
- Immediate reporting of malfunctions or inadequacies of any kind to Department IV, property department or to the security service;
- Coordination of the operations of external companies according to the specifications of Department IV;
- Sporadic messenger services, such as B. Transport of files and small devices (PC, monitor, etc.) in the city of Magdeburg. The costs incurred for the vehicle etc. are to be included in the offer price as a flat rate;
- Implementation of minor cleaning work, e.g. B. Interior cleaning of service cars.
Recyclable materials and SG properties1. Recycling center, 50% of the activity:
The university works on the basis of the university's waste management concept, which is handed over to the contractor's employee. The current generation of waste at the Magdeburg location can be broken down into the following types:
- residual waste,
- paper / cardboard / cardboard,
- glass fractions (white / green / brown),
- recyclables (yellow bin, green dot),
- organic waste,
- bulky waste,
- electrical and electronic scrap (e-scrap),
- batteries and accumulators,
- metal scrap,
- illuminant,
- waste oil,
- various chemicals,
- mineral waste,
- File and data recycling material, including security-relevant documents,
- printer consumables.
2. SG properties, 50% of the activity:
There is an overlap between the tasks in the SG properties and those of the recycling center, because both areas of responsibility are organizationally assigned to the property area in Department IV - construction, technology and properties. Careful and conscientious completion of tasks is a prerequisite.
Scope:
The following tasks are to be performed supportively in Department IV, whereby the list does not claim to be complete:
- control of cleaning services according to service contracts,
- Key management support,
- Support with booking and billing of company and rental vehicles,
- Constant updating of the facility management system,
- Support with the introduction and maintenance of a tree register,
- Procurement preparations and support with invoice control
