The contracting authority wants to contract one supplier through a public European tender by means of an Agreement for weed control on pavement. The duration of the Agreement is 2 years with an option to extend twice 2 years. A waiting room agreement is also concluded with the supplier who finishes 2nd. This European tender has the award criterion 'Economically most advantageous Tender' (EMVI), best price/quality ratio (BPKV).

The tenderer with the best price-quality ratio will be awarded the Contract.

The contracting authority obliges the tenderer to participate in a chimney before it can submit a tender. Registrant must register for this in advance (no later than 7 September 2022) via the message module of Mercell / Negometrix.
