Geovol Unterföhring GmbH maintains a district heating network in the municipality of Unterföhring. The

The heat supply is ensured by a supporting heating plant on the parcel plot 1189/0, municipal area

Unterföhring. The tender covers the works for the reinforcement of the outdoor facilities

of the backing heating plant including drainage facilities, as well as the creation of a WHG area. The following services must be performed:

• Approx. 900 m² asphalt paving including levelling work

• Approx. 400 m² mineral concrete surface

• Approx. 600 m edging (granite pail, shelves)

• Approx. 75 m² paved area

• Connection to drainage systems

• Cover topsoil

• Planting, trees, shrubs, hedges, ground covers

• drainage troughs

• gravel path for pedestrians and cyclists

The project is to be carried out in two construction phases:

Section 1: Creation of a WHG area

Section 2: Reinforcement of outdoor facilities

The construction area is paved with gravel at the time of execution. In the area of access and exit, a
