The University of Helsinki funds will compete for repairs to properties located at the Siltavuenpenger 1 and 3 addresses.

-Bridge Mountain Embankment 1A: space changes and repairs

-Bridge mountain embankment 1B: renovation and modification of purpose, yard cover repair

-OPTIO: Bridge Mount Embankment 3: space changes and repairs

Properties protected by station formula: Bridge mountainember 1A, construction year 1910: sr-1, Bridge mount embankment 1B, construction year 1969: sr-2, Bridge mountainember 3, construction year 1928: sr-1.

Bridge-Mountain Embankment 1 and Bridge Mountainember 3 will be modified and repaired for use required by the Faculty of Education. Specialised facilities for investment include facilities for teaching skills and art subjects, e.g. facilities for the training of a household teacher. Repairs will also be carried out, for example, on indoor air bases and maintenance criteria. The yard deck with 1 B operating modes underneath will be repaired.

The subscriber reserves the right to suspend the project at all stages of it. In this case, the contractor will only be reimbursed for costs realized by Compensation for the interruption will not be paid.

The acquisition is carried out by a limited procedure. First, an application for participation is submitted. Then, from the minimum qualifying candidates who submitted applications for entry, will be selected for the bid stage, five (5) to the eight (8) highest score candidates, unless there are fewer suitable candidates. Minimum and suitability requirements are indicated in this procurement notice and its annexes.
