The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting of the launch, management and comprehensive operation of the Włocławski Rower Miejski (Włower) system in such a way that each authorized user can rent and return the bike for a fee according to the tariff set by the Ordering Party, 24 hours a day, all days of the week during the three seasons of the system operation, i.e. in 2020 from the day the Włower system is launched until November 30, 2020; in 2021 from 1.3.2021 to 30.11.2021; in 2022 from 1.3.2022 to 30.11.2022.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting of the launch, management and comprehensive operation of the Włocławski City Bike (Włower) system in such a way that each authorized user can rent and return the bike for a fee according to the tariff set by the Ordering Party, 24 hours a day, all days of the week during the three seasons of the system operation, i.e. in 2020 from the day the Włower system is launched until November 30, 2020; in 2021 from 1.3.2021 to 30.11.2021; in 2022 from 1.3.2022 to 30.11.2022.

The system will consist of 200 "4th generation" bicycles, 20 10-seat standard bicycle parking stations with the need to install docking stations, up to 15 virtual stations without installing docking stations and other organizational and material solutions necessary for the functioning of the system. The user will be able to finish the ride and return the bike in a standard station and a virtual station. Additional fees will be charged for leaving a bike outside these types of stations, for renting a bike over free rental time and other described activities. Any fee is charged after driving.
