Replacement of imprint parts for economiser 1 furnace line 4

- Dismantling of 32 existing registers, including the establishment of access to economiser 1.

- Manufacture, delivery and assembly of a total of 32 new registers.

- Existing upper connecting pipes are recycled, the pipes are mounted outside the flue gas and are therefore not expected to wear out.

- Manufacture, supply and assembly of new connecting pipes lower, the pipes are connected to existing sidewall pipes with a distance of approx. 150mm.

- Manufacture, supply and assembly of right and left, vertical upper sealing plate.

- Design and manufacturing approval by third parties.

- NDT 10% x-ray and 100% visual inspection by third party.

- Insulation work, consisting of:

- Dismantling existing casing and insulation.

- Installation of new insulation & foil.

- Manufacture and delivery of new insulation holders/struts.

- Re-assembly of disassembled casing.
