The Brussels Region has the ambition to introduce data governance, requiring, among other things, a Brussels Code of Data Governance. This Code must bring together the existing texts into the texts currently being processed in a single corpus comprising all the rules: a “Brussels Code of Governance”. The general structure of the Code is already established and structured in books and work has already begun on Books VII and IV, and therefore the contract here includes consideration of the continuity of the work carried out as well as the governance of the project.

lIn accordance with the terms and conditions of this special specification, the successful tenderer undertakes to the contracting authority to draft an innovative legislative code as well as its implementing decrees (of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region) in terms of data processing for the Brussels regional administrations, but also in terms of e-Government, entitled “Brussels Code of Data Governance”.
