1. The subject of the contract is to perform the service of collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grabica Commune live:
1) From the area of the real estate (property) inhabited:
a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01,
(b) Segregated municipal waste
2. The subject of the contract is the collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Grabica Commune and the provision of containers
1.The subject of the contract is to perform the service of collection and management of a whole mass of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents from the Grabica Commune live:
1) From the area of the real estate (property) inhabited:
a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01,
(b)Segregated municipal waste collected into:
•Metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste (collected together) – container (marked) or bag in yellow,
•paper - container (marked) or bag in blue,
•glass - container (marked) or bag in green color,
•bio-waste (if not composted by property owners) – container (marked) or bag in brown,
•ash
2. The subject of the contract is the collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Grabica Commune and the provision of containers.
As part of the services covered by the proceedings in question, the Contractor is obliged to:
1) Collection, transport and management of waste collected in PSZOK, i.e.
(a)paper,
b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste - collected together,
c)glass,
(d)hazardous waste,
(e)waste ineligible as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
(f)expired medicines and chemicals,
(g)waste batteries and accumulators,
(h)waste electrical and electronic equipment,
(i)furniture and other bulky waste,
(j)worn tyres,
(k)construction and demolition waste
(l)waste textiles and clothing (from 1 June 2023)
2) providing efficient containers according to the following data:
a)Container – min. 1100 – 3 pcs.;
b) Container – min. 240 l – 3 pcs.;
c)Container -min. 500 l – 1 pc.;
d)Container (container) – min. 5 m3 – 3 pcs.
3) Equipping with containers or containers and bags inhabited by real estate,
4) Setting the containers in the place indicated by the Ordering Party,
5) Maintaining containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition,
6) Equipped with containers with weather protection (e.g. tarpaulins/lids).
3. The Ordering Party requires that:
(1)The share of alternatively fuelled vehicles in the fleet of vehicles used in the implementation of this Agreement shall relate to the categories:
N2 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum laden mass exceeding 3,5 t but not exceeding 12t),
N3 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum laden mass exceeding 12t),
It amounted to at least 7% in accordance with Article 68a(1)(2) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
