The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out maintenance and repair services for terraces (protected, unprotected, vegetated and on pedestals) equipping various real estate groups of the OPAC De l'Oise. These maintenance and repair services will be provided by the Account Holder at the Client's place and place, in accordance with the D.T.U. in force. Loggias, recessed floors, balconies for private use and private terraces with slabs on pedestals are not included in the scope of annual maintenance. On the other hand, all the caps adjoining the buildings or slab passageway on pedestal are included in the market
