Description:

Subscription services. Library management system. The requirement is for the supply of a broad range of commercially produced online/web based and other digital and electronic media, and Online Standards with Hard copy facility such as DVD or CD-Rom databases of published information and associated services to libraries, branches, units and Ministry of Defence establishments in the United Kingdom and defence postings overseas (including British Embassies). The Contractor shall also provide the services to other Government Departments and Agencies, including the HSE, HM Treasury and Cabinet Office, Public Health England, Department for Education, National Archives, Business, Innovation and Skills, Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency (AHVLA), Department of Enviroment Food and Rural Affairs, Serioud Fraud Office, Department for Health, and DWP and other Government Departments included in the attached link; https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations.

— The Expression of Interest should be accompanied by evidence of legal status, economic standing and technical capacity, in line with the evaluation criteria listed below. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. If interested parties have already submitted such evidence in relation to another requirement, they should note this in their Expression of Interest and provide details of the requirement and to whom the information was addressed. A range of from a minimum of five companies to a maximum of seven will be invited to tender. If more than five companies express an interest, then companies will be selected on the basis of their response to the following evaluation criteria:

a) Evidence of the organisation's mission and structure. This evidence should include a copy of the organisation's most recent financial accounts.

b) Evidence that the organisation has the capacity to carry out the tasks.

c) Evidence of the organisation's previous experience of similar work and examples of their 3 largest customers.

Potential bidders must also sign and return a Certificate of Good Standing, which can be provided on request by email to office at Section 1. Failure to return to this certificate will result in your Company not being invited to Tender.
